6.配料将整个鱼头覆盖完好,就可以入锅蒸上15分钟。

7.待鱼头蒸至7分熟的时候,浇上蒸鱼鼓油,继续整至熟透。

8.蒸好的鱼头,趁热撒上葱花和香油,就可以开始食用了,刚出锅的鱼头是最香的,鲜嫩爽口的肉质,入口即化,辣味刺激着味蕾,让人吃得停不下来。
